Sign up for Quote Trades to start posting jobs or submitting quotes. It's free to create an account.
1 Go to the Register page
2 Enter your name, email, and password
3 Choose Customer (to post jobs) or Tradie (to quote on jobs)
4 Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox
Pro tip: Use your business email for your tradie account — it builds trust with customers.
Setting up your profile
A complete profile helps you win more jobs. Customers see your photo, business name, and reviews before choosing a tradie.
1 Go to your Profile page
2 Upload a professional profile photo
3 Add your business name, ABN, phone number, and service areas
4 Write a short bio highlighting your experience and specialties
Pro tip: Tradies with complete profiles and photos get 3x more quote requests.
Becoming a verified tradie
Earn verification badges by uploading your trade licence, insurance certificate, and police check. Verified tradies rank higher in search results.
1 Go to Verification under the Business section
2 Upload your trade licence (validated against state licensing bodies)
3 Upload your certificate of insurance (PDF auto-verified)
4 Optionally upload your police check for the trust badge
Pro tip: Keep your documents up to date — you'll get email reminders 30 days before expiry.

Quote Trades offers three tiers: Free, PRO, and Business. Each unlocks more tools to grow your trade business.
1 Free — Browse jobs, submit quotes, basic invoicing, messaging
2 PRO — Smart Leads, Quote Builder, Run Sheets, Time Tracking, Job Costing, and more
3 Business — Everything in PRO plus Team Management, Fleet Tracking, Multi-Warehouse Inventory, Takeoffs
