Yes. The Free plan includes 3 marketplace quotes a month, and you can browse jobs near you and message customers. You don't need a card for it. On every plan, sending a quote needs your business's ABN, which we check with the Australian Business Register (it must be Active). Upgrade when you need unlimited quotes or the business tools.
Yes. A switch between Pro and Business starts straight away. Stripe credits the unused part of your old plan and charges the new one for the rest of the billing period, and the difference shows on your next bill.
Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. After that your account moves to the Free plan. Your quotes, invoices and customer records stay in your account. You can keep your plan any time before the end date.
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express, through Stripe. You can update your card and see your billing history from Your plan and billing.
Each team member gets their own login and a role you choose. They work in your business on your plan, so they don't need a plan of their own.
Card details go straight to Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. QuoteTrades never sees or stores your card number.
